Rustic Sourdough Bakery
Rustic Sourdough Bakery is a very traditional Swiss/German bakery where bread is still hand-crafted the old-fashioned way. Our white flour is unbleached and untreated while the rye flour is certified organic as are most of the grains. At Rustic we do not use any emulsifiers, bread improvers or preservatives. We do not believe in adding unhealthy ingredients you can’t read or you don’t even know how to pronounce. We produce and offer just healthy old fashioned goodness, the same way it was done in Europe, many, many years ago.
